We proudly deliver our products throughout serviceable areas across Canada and the continental United States — with absolutely free shipping and no tariffs or hidden fees under the CUSMA/USMCA trade agreement. Every structure is handcrafted in our Penticton, British Columbia workshop and maintained in stable inventory, so most products are in stock and ready to ship directly to your door.

For our smaller products and accessories, we ship by air, allowing for fast, reliable delivery — most customers receive their orders within about a week from the day they ship.

For our larger structures, such as sheds, pergolas, and gazebos, most orders leave our manufacturing plant within the same week they’re placed. Delivery typically takes 7–14 days, depending on your location. While these are estimates, our team works hard to ship as quickly as possible because we know our customers deserve fast, dependable service.

We also understand that timing matters. If you’d prefer to delay shipping until spring or a specific delivery window, we’re happy to accommodate that — so you can order now and have your structure arrive when it suits you best.

While we don’t currently ship directly to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, we can arrange delivery to a freight forwarder on the mainland for customers in Hawaii or Alaska. Our freight partners can reach nearly all urban, suburban, and rural areas safely accessible by truck, and for remote locations, we can also ship to the nearest freight terminal for easy pickup.

All structures purchased from Outdoor Living Today are covered for a period of one year for defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Outdoor Living Today Limited 3-Year Warranty (Effective on Purchases April 2024 – Onward)

Our Limited 3-year warranty is a testament to our commitment to quality and durability.

This limited warranty protects against rot and decay only on the Cedar substrate contained in our Shed, Playhouse, Gazebo, and Pergola products. *Raised Garden Beds qualify only if the interior of the beds is fully lined with a waterproof membrane before filling the garden with soil.

CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

We require that the following conditions are met to ensure your warranty remains valid...

Your OLT Product Must Be Assembled Within 90 Days Of Delivery. This is to prevent any warping, shrinkage, or damage that may result from materials sitting for too long. To validate your warranty, we ask you to verify that your OLM Product structure is completed within this timeline by providing photo documentation of your finished build. You may submit your photos using the link below

Proper Base: Your unit must be placed on a correct and stable base to avoid unnecessary wear and damage. The responsibility for setting up a suitable base lies with the purchaser.

Proper Maintenance: Regular maintenance is essential. This includes re-painting or re-staining and keeping the perimeter and underside of the building free from vegetation and debris. Regular re-attaching of loose hardware, nails that have popped out, and re-tightening screws which have come loose.

No Relocation or Alteration: Moving the building from its original location or significantly altering the structure may void the warranty.

Exclusions: Damage due to acts of nature, including tornadoes, hail storms, fires, and more, are not covered by this warranty.

Original Purchaser: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product.

Timely Reporting: Any failure or defect must be reported to Outdoor Living Today within 7 days after discovery using our easy claims system on our website. https://www.outdoorlivingtoday.com/olt-customer-claims/

No Liability for Personal Property: Outdoor Living Today is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or contents placed in the building, including damage caused by any defect in the building. Any products installed such as floor coverings or wall and ceiling coverings are not included.

No Indirect or Consequential Damages: We will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for failures caused by events, acts, or omissions beyond our control, such as misuse or improper maintenance.

Refund & Return Policy

At Outdoor Living Today, we strive to be as flexible as possible in supporting our customers. Due to the extreme costs of return shipping for large freight items, Instead, we work with customers on a case-by-case basis to find an amicable solution whenever possible.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only with prior approval from our Customer Service team.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which can be significant due to the size and weight of our products.
• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
• Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.
• Custom or clearance items are non-returnable.

Refunds:

• In cases where a shopper mistakenly purchases a product or uses the wrong credit card, Outdoor Living Today may consider a full refund at the discretion of our credit department.
• Purchasers who cancel an order prior to shipping will be subject to a $100 USD administrative charge. Any remaining balance will be reimbursed immediately.
• Order cancellations must be submitted directly to our Customer Service Department for processing.
