Some questions simply cannot be answered from a chatbot, or through an email, and we know our customers value the ability to call us and have a real person answer the phone who wants to help them solve their problems.

To this end, all of our customers will receive a phone call from us when they order one of our products. During this call, we will answer any preliminary questions they have and go over the relevant shipping details.
