2. Entry Requirements

  • Their first and last name
  • A valid email address
  • Their province or state

Incomplete entries may not be considered.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

By submitting a photo, participants confirm that:

  • The image is their original work
  • They have full rights to the content

Participants grant Outdoor Living Today a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and share submitted images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Website content
  • Social media
  • Advertising and promotional materials

No additional compensation will be provided beyond contest prizes.

4. Content Guidelines

Submissions must not:

  • Contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content
  • Infringe on any third-party rights
  • Include watermarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by the participant
