After having scheduled an 'army' of friends to help me assemble my shed, I experienced the 'horror' of not having been delivered the hardware components. I called OLT on a Saturday and left a message.Within a few hours I received a call back from the owner, who was very apologetic. The next day I received a call from Cliff who had reviewed the quality logsheets for my unit...everything had checked out ok. Regardless, he assured me that the hardware would be expedited to me within the week and that I would also receive an extra window unit for my troubles....something that I had asked for. Later that day I found the hardware tucked away in one of the roof sections. I immediately called back, embarassed of having caused such a commotion, but thoroughly impressed at how OLT responded to my 'crises.
